The D.E.F. project aims to create a more inclusive HE system, ensuring equal access for deaf individuals to entrepreneurial education. Through concrete tools (the Compendium, the e-Space, and the Community) the project supports European HE institutions in adapting entrepreneurship and business management courses to better meet the needs of deaf students.

Objectives
The project aims to CREATEA MORE INCLUSIVE HE SYSTEM THAT FOSTERS AN EQUAL ACCESS AND EQUALITY FOR DEAF PEOPLE IN APPROACHING THE ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING, through concrete tools (the Compendium, the e-Space and the Community).
Doing so, it will SUPPORT EU HE SECTOR IN ADAPTING ITS ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT COURSES TO DEAF STUDENTS’ NEEDS, PROMOTING
THEIR ENTRY INTO THE LABOUR MARKET and DISPELLING THE MYTH OF THEIR LOW EMPLOYABILITY AND LOW PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION.
